“I was talking to someone who said they were in love with me after a week of talking to them and it really put some perspective on whether I was ready for another relationship after a break up a few months before. it was all very intense and too much for me at the time.

I didn’t want to hurt their feelings but they weren’t getting the message that I didn’t want to be with them so I wrote this song. I don’t know if they’ll realise it’s about them and I’m not sure I want them to, but it helped me take control of the situation since I hate to hurt anyone’s feelings - even if it needs to be done. "

Iva Ray's - Common

Iva is back with emotion packed single 'Common'. All about the feelings of letting go and knowing when you deserve better. This slow R&B-pop beat ballad brings Iva's feelings to the surface as she lets us inside.

The track was engineered by Slick Bullet who Iva adores working with.

Iva Ray is a singer and songwriter based in Dublin who broke into the Irish Music scene with the release of her single 'Click' which premiered on BBC Radio UK.

Alt-Rock Band SHOCKS - 'Nothing To Lose'

This beat built track will blow your mind. Filled with sharp riffs and edgy drums, this music will make your day a blast.

This trio from Bangor, Northern Ireland formed in 2019, where their continuous taste of groove and riffs in making tunes kick starts them for 2022.

This track 'Nothing To Lose' is their first single from their debut EP set to release later this year.

"We knew that given the position of our protagonist at the end of our opening track, what followed had to be a surge of adrenaline. This track had to be the vehicle to get us to track 3 and beyond - it’s a pivotal moment in the story of the EP."
